Georgia State football coach Trent Miles will have two special guests for the Cure Bowl: Bill and Carolyn Curry.

The Currys are going to fly with the team and participate in the team’s bowl-related activities.

Bill Curry coached Georgia State in its first three seasons from 2010-12 and then retired from coaching. he went 6-5 in 2010, 3-8 in 2011 and 1-10 in 2012.

Miles followed Curry as Georgia State’s coach. After going 1-23 in his first two seasons, Miles led the Panthers to a 6-6 record this season and its first bowl game. Miles was recently named the Sun Belt Conference coach of the year.

The Cure Bowl will be played in Orlando on Dec. 19.
