Georgia State’s Garrett Gorringe will miss the rest of the Spring football practices after suffering a stress fracture in his foot.

Gorringe, a 6-4, 280-pound offensive lineman, should be available for the August’s practices, coach Trent Miles said on Tuesday.

Miles said that Gorringe was practicing well at guard as the Panthers look to find a starting combination of offensive linemen. Gorringe, a redshirt sophomore, started five games last year.

In other updates, linebacker Jarrell Robinson (ankle sprain) should return to practice soon. Back-up kicker David Miller (concussion) also remains out.

The Panthers are scheduled to resume practices Tuesday. They were off last week for Spring break.
