The Georgia State men’s basketball team received rings on Friday for winning the Sun Belt’s regular season title.

The rings feature the Panther head logo in the center, with “Sun Belt” on top and “Champions” on the bottom of the face. They were designed by coach Ron Hunter and one of his assistant coaches.

The rings were made by Jostens and cost approximately $250 each. Twenty-nine were ordered. The rings are made from Jostens calls Lustrium, a metal alloy mixture of nickel and chromium.

The setting has 60 individual stones set atop a blue Spinel stone.

The Panthers defended their Sun Belt regular season title and defeated Georgia Southern to win the tournament title. Led by R.J. Hunter, Georgia State defeated Baylor in the second round of the NCAA tournament were knocked out by Xavier in the third round.
