With Georgia going lights out from 3-point range, Georgia Tech fell 80-59 to the Bulldogs Tuesday night at Stegeman Coliseum. Georgia made nine of 19 3-point tries, (47.4 percent), well above their season rate of 34 percent.

Behind most of the game, Tech did not respond well, failing to move the ball to create open shots and shooting 36.7 percent from the field.

The Jackets have now lost three in a row to Georgia, the first time the Bulldogs have assembled a three-game winning streak in the series since 1999-2001. Guard Josh Okogie led Tech with 21 points, but was 5-for-16 from the field in his second game back from his NCAA suspension and finger injury.
