Georgia moved up to No. 4 in the latest Associated Press Top 25 college football poll released Sunday.

The Bulldogs (11-1), ranked fifth last week, moved up with their win over Georgia Tech and a loss by Michigan, ranked fourth last week, against Ohio State.

Alabama, Clemson and Notre Dame maintained the top three spots with Oklahoma (11-1) moving in to the top 5.

The next rankings by the College Football Playoff selection committee, which will be used to determine the four teams that advance to the national semifinals, will be revealed Tuesday. The group’s final ranking Dec. 2 will determine the playoff field, with the top four teams at that point securing berths.

The No. 1 team will face No. 4 and No. 2 will face No. 3 in the semifinals, which this season will be played in the Orange and Cotton bowls Dec. 29.

The national championship game will be played Jan. 7 in Santa Clara, Calif.
