Georgia introduces Mark Fox as new basketball coach
Mark Fox was introduced as Georgia’s men’s basketball coach Friday, April 3, 2009, in Athens. Fox agreed to six-year deal for $1.3 million a year.

Georgia officially introduced Mark Fox as its new basketball coach at a press conference Friday in Athens. Fox agreed to a six-year, $7.8 million contract to replace Dennis Felton, who was fired in January. Fox had been coach at Nevada for the last five years.
