(9) OKLAHOMA STATE 24, (13) GEORGIA 10 -- Senior Joe Cox's debut got off on a bright note and fizzled. He was 15 for 30 for 162 yards with one interception and one touchdown. His late fumble led to a Cowboys score that sealed the Bulldogs' loss -- in its first season opener outside the Southeast in 51 years.

(21) GEORGIA 41, SOUTH CAROLINA 37 -- Georgia defensive back Brandon Boykin (2) set a school record with a 100-yard kickoff return and set up a score with an interception as Georgia survived a four-hour plus shootout in Athens. Bulldogs ended South Carolina's chance at a victory by blocking a Gamecocks pass to the end zone in the closing seconds.

(23) GEORGIA 52, ARKANSAS 41 -- Georgia quarterback Joe Cox was 18 of 26 for 375 yards and five touchdown passes, tying a school mark. Wideout A.J. Green (8) put the Bulldogs ahead 49-38 with a 28-yard touchdown catch with 10:46 left in the game. He finished with seven catches for 137 yards.

(21) GEORGIA 20, ARIZONA STATE 17 -- Georgia had another star performance from wideout A.J. Green -- eight passes for 153 yards. But perhaps his biggest play was a blocked field goal that helped the Bulldogs escape with a over Arizona State in Athens. Blair Walsh (57) kicked a 37-yard field goal for the Bulldogs as time ran out to settle the win.

(4) LSU 20, (18) GEORGIA 13 -- A defensive struggle turned into a barnburner as the SEC rivals combined for three touchdowns in the final three minutes, but Charles Scott (left) scored the one that mattered most on a 33-yard run with 46 seconds remaining that gave LSU the win. Georgia quarterback Joe Cox, who completed 18 of 34 for 229 yards, including five passes for 99 yards to sophomore wideout A.J. Green. Freshman tailback Washaun Ealey led all Georgia rushers with 33 yards on eight carries.

TENNESSEE 45, GEORGIA 19 -- Georgia's offense struggled mightily in Knoxville, but Bulldogs found other ways to score. Brandon Boykin (2) scored on his second 100-yard kickoff return of the season, and Bacarri Rambo returned an interception 28 yards for a TD. The Bulldogs never reached the red zone, and the Tennessee defense held it to 241 yards compared with the Vols' 472.

GEORGIA 34, VANDERBILT 10 -- The Bulldogs ended their longest skid since the 2006 season with the help of a little defense, which came up with three sacks and an interception that set up the Bulldogs' first score. It did, however, allow Vanderbilt its most points against in SEC team all season. Joe Cox threw two touchdown passes, including one to Caleb King who scored twice. The Dogs have an open date before their annual Jacksonville jaunt against Florida.

GEORGIA 17, (1) FLORIDA 41 -- The Bulldogs debuted a new look -- black helmets, white jerseys and black britches -- but had the same result against its SEC foe in Jacksonville, Fla. Quarterback Joe Cox -- who was 11 of 20 for 165 yards, with two TDs and three INTs -- was benched in the second half. Georgia has lost for its 17 of the last 20 meetings against the Gators.

GEORGIA 38, TENNESSEE TECH 0 -- It was homecoming in Athens, and freshman running back Washaun Ealey rushed for two touchdowns -- of 7 and 44 yards -- as the Bulldogs posted their first shutout since 2006. Joe Cox completed his first 10 passes and finished 10-for-13 passing for 140 yards with two touchdowns. Georgia held Tennessee Tech, a Football Championship Series -- formerly Division I-AA -- team, to just 55 total yards.

GEORGIA 31, AUBURN 24 -- The Bulldogs looked like they were headed for a blowout loss, but Georgia rallied, taking the lead with 6 minutes remaining on Caleb King's second touchdown of the day. A.J. Green (above) sprained his left shoulder when tackled hard along the sideline on a 12-yard reception. Also injured was safety Bacarri Rambo, who made a jarring tackle that likely saved the tying score. He was taken off the field on a stretcher with a concussion. The win made Georgia bowl eligible.

GEORGIA 27, KENTUCKY 34 -- Kentucky scored 14 points off four Georgia second-half turnovers for its first win in Athens in 32 years. Washaun Ealey's fumble on a pitch from quarterback Joe Cox at the Kentucky 1 stopped the Bulldogs from tying the game with 2:21 remaining. Georgia had one more chance, but Cox (291 yards passing, 3 TDs, 2 INTs) was picked off with 1:52 left.

GEORGIA 30, (7) GEORGIA TECH 24 -- The Bulldogs took a page from the Jackets' playbook and ran for 339 yards -- most in a game in the Mark Richt era -- to reclaim state bragging rights. Freshman Washaun Ealey rambled for 183 yards and Caleb King broke loose for 166 yards and two touchdowns. Georgia, which took some souvenir turf, ends its regular season 7-5, 4-4 in SEC and 1-3 against Top 25 teams.

INDEPENDENCE BOWL -- GEORGIA 44, TEXAS A&M 20: The Bulldogs routed the Aggies to complete the season with an 8-5 record. The victory came with a short-handed coaching staff, but Georgia made a series of big plays on defense, including key interceptions by Sanders Commings and Reshad Jones to fuel the second-half romp.
