The financial disclosures indicate the Donnans owe $8.25 million to GLC Limited, the same company that also filed for bankruptcy in the spring.

In March, a judge ordered the Donnans to turn over income-tax returns and other financial records the case. Jim Donnan is listed as a creditor of GLC Limited, the parent company of a chain of liquidation stores and other businesses.

Among the other debts, the Donnans also owe the IRS $300,000 for 2010 income taxes and $1.2 million to four separate banks. The Donnans, who live in Athens, were ordered to undergo credit counseling, which they did June 22.
