GREENSBORO, N.C. - Georgia Tech b-back Jonathan Dwyer was voted the ACC's preseason player of the year by the media on Monday.

Dwyer received 39 votes, 11 more than Clemson running back C.J. Spiller. Dwyer won the ACC's player of the year award last season.

Tech was voted to finish second in the Coastal Division, behind Virginia Tech. North Carolina was picked third, followed by Miami, Virginia and Duke.

FSU was picked to win the Atlantic Division, followed by Clemson N.C. State, Wake Forest, Maryland and Boston College.

Virginia Tech was picked to win the ACC championship, with FSU and Georgia Tech finishing in a tie for second.
