A look at the college football players who've opted to finish their college careers for different teams.

Georgia offensive tackle Mark Beard decided to transfer after graduating from Georgia this summer, but did an about-face and will return to the Bulldogs for another season. Beard started two of the 26 games in which he’s played.

Georgia Tech quarterback Vad Lee will transfer to James Madison an FCS school, meaning Lee will have immediate eligibility and will have two seasons remaining. Lee, a redshirt sophomore, passed for 1,561 yards and 11 touchdowns with 10 interceptions this season - his first as a starter. A dual-threat he was Tech's third-leading rusher with 182 carries for 513 yards and eight touchdowns.

Stephen Rivers, the younger brother of San Diego Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers, will transfer from LSU after he graduates this spring. The Tigers' backup quarterback has used only two seasons of eligibility after taking a redshirt year at LSU in 2011.

Gators defensive back Cody Riggs will enroll at Notre Dame this summer after graduating from Florida. Riggs played in 40 games at Florida, starting 26 at both cornerback and safety, gaining 107 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, an interception and a forced fumble.

Notre Dame quarterback Andrew Hendrix, a fifth-year senior, will play next season at Miami (Ohio). Hendrix, who graduated in December, played in 16 games for the Irish over three seasons. He completed 25 of 58 passes for 360 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions, adding 229 rushing yards and two touchdowns.

N.C. State senior quarterback Pete Thomas, who started six games last year, has decided to transfer following his graduation in May.

Defensive end Houston Bates (55) will leave the Illini after graduating in May and transfer to school near his native Covington, La. Bates played linebacker in 2012 before moving to defensive end last season. He was second on the team in tackles for loss with 12 and in sacks with 3.5. He had 40 total tackles.

Kendal Thompson, who threw for 64 yards and a touchdown in 2013, will transfer to Utah after he graduates in May. He will be eligible to play in 2014.

Cameron Coffman, a junior college recruit, became the starter at Indiana in 2012 after Tre Roberson was injured, and he threw for 2,734 yards with 15 touchdown passes and 11 interceptions. He is listed at third on the depth chart.

Baker Mayfield played in eight games as a freshman this past season at Texas Tech, passing for 2,315 yards and 12 touchdowns and running for 190 yards and three more scores. He has tranferred to Oklahoma.

Florida offensive lineman Ian Silberman will transfer to Boston College, where he will be eligible to play in 2014. The 6-foot-5, 303-pound lineman started seven games for the Gators over the past two seasons. Silberman is one of six offensive players to transfer from Florida.

Florida State backup quarterback Jacob Coker, who is on course to graduate this spring, has been released from his scholarship and is expected to transfer to Alabama.

Former Florida tight end Kent Taylor is transferring to Kansas. The 6-foot-5, 223-pound receiver had two catches for 5 yards and a touchdown as a freshman. Taylor is one of six offensive players to transfer from Florida.

LaMichael Fanning, who spent time at defensive end and tight end for the Crimson Tide in three seasons, is leaving for Jacksonville State.

Alabama quarterback Luke Del Rio, the son of Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio, will transfer from Alabama to Oregon State. The 6-foot-2, 203-pound Del Rio redshirted last season and will have to sit out a year before being eligible to play three seasons.

Michael Brewer played in 13 games while throwing for 440 yards and five touchdowns in his Texas Tech career. Brewer, a sophomore, plans to transfer at the end of the spring semester to Virginia Tech.

Backup quarterback Michael Eubank, used mostly in short-yardage situations, will transfer from Arizona State.

Philip Nelson started 16 games for the Gophers but shared time with Mitch Leidner during the 2013 season. Nelson had a total of 2,179 passing yards with 17 touchdowns and 14 interceptions.

Former Penn State quarterback Tyler Ferguson, who initially planned to play at Western Kentucky, is following Bobby Petrino to Louisville. Ferguson played in five games last season as a backup, going 10-of-15 passing for 155 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions.

Tyler Murphy started six games last season for the Gators. He went 2-4 with 1,216 yards, six touchdowns and five interceptions before missing the final three games of the season with a shoulder injury. Murphy, who graduated in December, will have one year of eligibility remaining when he plays at Boston College.
