Taurean Prince had a double-double with a game-high 27 points and 14 rebounds in an NBA Development League game Monday for the Long Island Nets. The Hawks rookie on assignment started at forward and was 12 of 20 from the field, including 2 of 5 from 3-point range, and had two steals and a block in 31 minutes.

The Nets dropped a 109-106 decision to the visiting Delaware 87ers in a game played at the Barclays Center.

Mike Scott also played for Long Island on assignment. He started as the other forward and had 18 points, seven rebounds and two blocks in 26 minutes. Scott was 8 of 20 from the field, including 2 of 6 from 3-point range.

It was the second game for Prince in his first D-League stint. The Hawks first-round pick (No. 12 overall) is now averaging 22.5 points and 11.0 rebounds.

It was the fifth game for Scott in his third D-League stint. He is now averaging 15.0 points and 4.6 rebounds.
