Hawks rookie Adreian Payne has been ruled out of Friday’s game at the Hornets due to plantar fasciitis in his left foot.

It will be the third straight game that Payne has been inactive due to the injury.

Payne, the first-round draft pick this year, has yet to play this regular season for the Hawks (1-2).
