Hawks first-round draft pick Adreian Payne made his NBA debut Friday.

The forward/center entered the game against the Bucks at the first timeout with 5:53 left in the first quarter.

Payne, the 15th overall pick, was active for only the second time this season. Payne was active as center Pero Antic was sidelined with a right ankle sprain.

Payne has done three stints in the NBA Development League this season. He averaged 13.4 points, 8.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 11 games with both Fort Wayne and Austin.
