Millsap named winner of Bob Pettit Award

Paul Millsap was named the winner of the Bob Pettit Award for the seventh straight and nine of the past 10 years, it was announced by the Louisiana Association of Basketball Coaches.

The Hawks four-time All-Star was given the award to signify Louisiana’s Professional Player of the Year by the organization.

Millsap averaged 18.1 points, 7.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.3 steals per game for the Hawks this season.
