Team: Asefa Estudiantes Madrid (Spain)

Selected: No. 16 overall by Celtics, rights traded to Hawks via trade with Mavericks

GM Danny Ferry says: "Lucas has both a tremendous level of talent and charisma as well. He can do things athletically with his length, protecting around the rim and finishing around the rim. He has a good understanding of the game. A good basketball player. He's a good teammate."

Dennis Schroeder

Position: Guard

Height/Weight: 6-1, 168

Age: 19

Team: New Yorker Phantons Braunschweig (Germany)

Selected: No. 17 overall

GM Danny Ferry says: "Dennis is tenacious, athletic, a good basketball player, highly competitive kid. I think he can have a very bright future in the NBA with hard work and developing and the opportunity. He can shoot the basketball at a good level. He can get in the lane and make plays for people."

Mike Muscala

Position: Center

Height/Weight: 6-11, 239

Age: 21 (Turns 22 on July 1)

School: Bucknell

Selected: No. 44 overall by the Mavericks, rights traded to Hawks

GM Danny Ferry says: "Mike is a guy that we've come to like throughout the year. He has areas that he still needs to grow and develop, especially physically. … He is an excellent passer. He can rebound. He can shoot it. He plays very hard, gets up and down and runs the court."
