It appears Lamar Patterson will continue to play in two different playoff series.

The Hawks rookie guard/forward was recalled from an NBA Development League assignment with the Austin Spurs on Tuesday. He will be in uniform for Tuesday night’s game against the Celtics in the Eastern Conference first-round playoff series.

Patterson was also active for the Hawks in Game 1 of the series on Saturday. He played for the Austin Spurs in Game 2 of their Western Conference final series on Monday. He also appeared in Game 1 last week.

There is a possibility that Patterson could return to the Austin Spurs for the deciding Game 3 of the series on Wednesday.

The Hawks will play the Celtics in Boston in Game 3 on Friday.
