The Hawks will open the Utah Jazz Summer League against the Grizzlies on July 2, as the four-team league was officially announced on Wednesday. The event will run July 2-5 and include the Spurs and host Jazz.

The summer league will be held at the Vivint Smart Home Arena. The Hawks will return to the Jazz Summer League before they compete in the Las Vegas Summer League later in the month.

The Hawks have three first-round picks and four picks in the top 34 selections in the June 21 NBA Draft. The draftees and last year’s picks John Collins and Tyler Dorsey will take part in the summer leagues.

New Hawks head coach Lloyd Pierce said he will coach the team in Utah and likely hand over the duties to a to-be-determined assistant coach for Las Vegas.

Broadcast and streaming information will be released at a later date.

Here is the Hawks schedule (Eastern times):

Monday, July 2: vs. Grizzlies, 7 p.m.

Tuesday, July 3: vs. Spurs, 7 p.m.

Thursday, July 5: vs. Jazz, 9 p.m.
