Hawks point guard Jeff Teague has sold his condo atop Buckhead's Terminus Building.

The 3-bedroom penthouse had been on the market since November for $2.18 million. It reportedly sold for $1.9 million.

Teague will enter next season on the last year of a four-year, $32 million contract with the Hawks.

The 4,000-square foot home, which features a spacious outdoor area that overlooks the city skyline, was once owned by Music Midtown co-founder Peter Conlon. Teague updated the condo and owned for a little over a year.
