The run is over.

The Hawks lost in the semifinals of the Las Vegas Summer League with a 75-68 defeat to the Spurs Sunday night.

The Hawks ended the tournament with a 4-3 record. They won three straight games following the preliminary round games before falling one game short of the tournament championship. The final will be played Monday with the Spurs meeting either the Suns or the Pelicans.

Lamar Patterson led the Hawks with 16 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two steals. Mike Muscala added 13 points, eight rebounds and three blocks. Glenn Robinson III was the Hawks’ other double-digit scorer with 10 points.

The Hawks held a 39-27 halftime advantage. However, the Spurs took control by outscoring the Hawks 28-12 in the third quarter.

Kyle Anderson led the Spurs (5-1) with a game-high 22 points. Jonathan Simmons added 19 points.
