No Hawks.

OK, maybe that was to be expected in the list of players with odds to win the 2017-18 NBA MVP award. The franchise is in a rebuilding mode just two years after reaching the Eastern Conference finals. There are former Hawks in the group presented by oddsmaker Bovada on Wednesday such as Paul Millsap.

But Jeff Teague?

And Dwight Howard?

Millsap, who signed with the Nuggets as a free agent this summer, is listed with 150-to-1 odds. Teague, now with the Timberwolves, and Howard, now with the Hornets, are listed at 250-to-1.
