The Hawks officially announced that they will return to the campus of the University of Georgia for the first three days to training camp again this year. It’s the third straight season the team will be at Georgia for initial workouts.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported the team would return in June.

The Hawks will begin the 2015-16 campaign with media day on Sept. 28. They will spend Sept. 29-Oct. 1 at the Coliseum Training Facility. There will be morning and evening sessions on the first two days. All sessions are closed to the public.

The Hawks begin a seven-game exhibition season on Oct. 7 with a game against the Cavaliers in Cincinnati.
