Horford led the Hawks with 24 points as they completed a season sweep of the Nets.
Turning point: The Nets went on a 16-3 fourth-quarter run to turn a double-digit deficit into a one-point lead on a Joe Johnson basket with 3:37 remaining. It was the Nets first lead of the game and set up the final dramatics.
