The Euroleague team Fenerbahce officially announced the signing of Pero Antic on Tuesday, ending the center’s two-year career with the NBA and the Atlanta Hawks.

Antic signed a two-year deal with a team option, the Turkish club announced. The imminent signing was reported by Eurohoops.net on Monday.

Antic, 33, played for multiple teams in Europe before signing with the Hawks in 2013.

He averaged 6.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and shot .314 from 3-point range in 113 games, including 29 starts. He became a restricted free agent when the Hawks made a qualifying offer. The Hawks can revoke the qualifying offer and renounce his rights to maximize their salary cap space.

Antic stated his desire to return to the Hawks in March. Following the season, he said he would spend time with his family and rest before making a decision on his future.

With the loss of Antic and Elton Brand (unrestricted free agent), the Hawks have only Al Horford and Mike Muscala on the roster at center.
