Kent Bazemore will miss his second straight game with a right ankle sprain after the starting small forward was declared out for Wednesday’s game against the Kings on the team’s injury report. Bazemore suffered the injury in the final minutes of Sunday’s loss to the Jazz and missed Tuesday’s game against the Nets.

With Bazemore out, Justin Holiday will get his first start as a Hawks. He was a late addition to the lineup.

Starting point guard Jeff Teague will miss his third straight game with a left ankle sprain. The team upgraded his status to questionable Wednesday but Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer ruled him out prior to the start. Teague was injured last week against the Celtics.

The Hawks continue to list Kyle Korver (right ankle rehabilitation), Thabo Sefolosha (right ankle rehabilitation) and Mike Muscala (right ankle sprain) as probable although all have played regularly.

Sefolosha will be available in the second game of a back-to-back for the first time this season. He played a season-high 30 minutes against the Nets. He said after the game, with his ankle in a bucket of ice water, that he was unsure if he would be able to play Wednesday.
