April 20, 1999: Los Angeles Dodgers' Eric Young attempts to catch a ball overthrown by catcher Todd Hundley as Nixon steals second base.

May 23, 1999: The Cubs' first baseman Gary Gaetti tries unsuccessfully to tag out Nixon, who bunted in Brian Hunter in the bottom of eighth inning of the last game of the Cubs' sweep.

June 18, 1999: Nixon slides safely into home before the throw can reach Arizona Diamondbacks catcher Kelly Stinnett in Phoenix.

2000: Otis Nixon and then-fiancee Perri "Pebbles" Reid at Justin's in Atlanta. Nixon and Pebbles had just announced they were getting married. They divorced in 2004.

May 2009: Nixon speaks to graduates during a Fulton County DUI court ceremony. The court was graduating eight of 33 defendants Thursday in a program that began in 2007 to help habitual offenders overcome their addictions.

Otis Nixon was arrested early Saturday, May 4, 2013 during a traffic stop in Cherokee County.
