Players may come and go, but these coaches have stayed the longest. Interim Atlanta Braves manager Brian Snitker has spent four decades with the organization. Here's a look at other coaches who have spend significant time with the team.

Brian Snitker has spent four decades with the Braves organization, starting as a 21-year-old catcher on the 1977 Rookie-level Kingsport team. He began his managerial career as a Braves' Single-A manager in 1982 and spent 18 more seasons as a manager in Atlanta's farm system. From 2006 to 2013, Snitker served as the Braves' third-base coach. He began this season -- his third -- as Gwinnett's manager. He replaced Fredi Gonzalez as interim manager when Gonzalez was fired in May 2016.

Rick Albert has been in the Atlanta Braves system as a player, coach, and manager since 1972. Albert who replaced Brian Snitker in Triple-A Gwinnett when he was promoted to Atlanta as interim manager, has spent the last 10 years managing the Braves' Rookie and Single-A clubs.

Hall of Fame manager Bobby Cox has spent more than three decades with the Braves. He served as manager for more than 25 seasons, winning 14 straight division titles and the 1995 World Series. He spent five years in the Braves' front office as general manager. He serves as special adviser to the team.

Ralph "Rocket" Wheeler has been a Braves farm system manager for nearly 15 seasons. He first joined the Braves as a manager in Single-A Rome in 2003 and then managed Single-A Advanced Myrtle Beach Pelicans from 2006-2010. Wheeler was the manager of the Mississippi Braves in 2010, and has been the manager of the Rookie-Level Gulf Coast League Braves, who play at the ESPN's Wide World of Sports Complex in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., for the last three seasons.

Randy Ingle, manager of Single-A Rome, is in his 26th season as a manager in Atlanta's farm system. Ingle joined the Braves in 1990 as manager at the Rookie-level Pulaski (Va.) Braves. He aso managed the Braves' Triple-A team when they played in Richmond, Va.

Eddie Perez spent nine of his 11 years as a player with the Braves, and was with Atlanta when it won its World Series championship in 1995. The former catcher rejoined the Braves in 2006 as a player-coach with the Double-A Mississippi Braves. He was named Atlanta's bullpen coach in 2007.

Terry Pendleton had two stints as a player in Atlanta (1991-94 and 1996). He has been a coach with the Braves since 2001, serving first as a hitting coach and most recently as first base coach.

Pitching coach Roger McDowell is in his 11th season with the Braves. He had previously served in the same capacity with the Dodgers' single-A minor league South Georgia Waves in Albany in 2002 and 2003.

Chino Cadahia spent 15 years with the Braves, starting as a roving instructor and minor league coordinator in 1996. He served four years under Bobby Cox as bench coach. He last coached with the Kansas City Royals in 2013.

Pat Corrales had served as manager of the Texas Rangers, Philadelphia Phillies and Cleveland Indians before joining Bobby Cox's staff as bench coach in 1990. He served in that capacity until 2006. He is now an adviser with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Bobby Dews had a baseball career that stretched 50 years -- 37 of them with the Braves -- serving in several capacities including senior adviser, bullpen coach and minor league manager.

Leo Mazzone (white jersey) was the Braves' pitching coach during its heydey with Greg Maddux, Tom Glavine and John Smoltz. The three won six Cy Young Awards with Mazzone. He left Atlanta in 2005, for the same position with the Baltimore Orioles.

Frank Fultz was the Braves' strength and conditioning from 1992 to June 2008. He is now manages the Rookie class Kingsport Mets, which were a Braves affiliate in Tennessee from 1974 to 1979.

Glenn Hubbard played his first 10 seasons with the Braves, starting in 1978. He served under Bobby Cox as a first base coach from 1999 to 2010. He is now bench coach for the Lexington (Ky.) Legends - a Single-A team affiliated with the Kansas City Royals.
