The Braves completed their regular-season home schedule with attendance of roughly 2.65 million, the team’s highest in 12 years and up about 100,000 — or 4% — from 2018.

The announced attendance of 2,655,100 at SunTrust Park  this season was the Braves’ highest since they drew 2.74 million at Turner Field in 2007.

The Braves’ average of 32,779 per game this season ranks 12th among the 30 MLB teams.

The Braves drew 2,505,297 in 2017, SunTrust Park’s inaugural season, and 2,555,782 in 2018.

Since then, Georgia has experienced a boom of data centers, which require a large load of electricty to run, and Georgia Power's recent forecast shows peak demand growing by 20 times the 400-megawatt estimate from just three years ago.
