Georgia's been sending plenty of baseball prospects to the big leagues. During the MLB 2007 season, 43 of the state's players spent time on a major league ballclub. The Atlanta Braves have invested in (and traded) Georgia talent, including current stars catcher Brian McCann (left, of Duluth HS) and outfielder Jeff Francoeur (Parkview HS).
