The World Champion Royals need motivation.

And manager Ned Yost, a former Braves coach, has the scar to prove it.

The 60-year-old clubhouse motviator ripped through a stack of bricks with his hands in front of his team. (See video above)

Yost was the Braves' bullpen coach from 1991 to '98 and served as the third base coach until 2002.

He suffered some scrapes on his arm, but you have to admire the sacrifice.
