Braves prospect Dansby Swanson went 2-for-3 and scored a run in the Southern League All-Star Game Tuesday night in Pearl, Mississippi.
Phillip Ervin hit a grand slam and Swanson’s team, the South Division, defeated the North Division 5-1.
Meanwhile, another key Braves prospect, infielder Ozzie Albies, had a big game in the International League on the same night.
Albies went 3-for-5 with two runs scored and a stolen base for the Gwinnett Braves in an 8-7 victory over the Indianapolis Indians in Lawrenceville.
