The Braves’ best prospects have taken over the Arizona Fall League. Three of them were selected to play in the AFL ‘Fall Stars’ game on Saturday.

Outfielder Ronald Acuna, pitcher Touki Toussaint and third baseman Austin Riley will play in the game. It will be broadcast on MLB Network.

Acuna and Riley have appeared as two of the most advanced bats in Arizona. Riley at one point hit for the cycle, the first in the AFL since 2008. Acuna had a two-homer game four days ago.

Each player has hit three home runs, though Braves catcher prospect Austin Jackson leads them with five. Both Acuna and Riley could debut next season, with Acuna likely to be on the opening day roster.

Toussaint, meanwhile, has overpowered hitters at times. He has 10 strikeouts in 6-1/3 innings. He spoke with the AJC as the season was winding down about how the Braves' environment has helped his development.

A former first-round draft pick, Toussaint projects as an upper-tier strikeout arm. His stats haven’t reflected dominance (9.95 ERA), but stats shouldn’t be taken too seriously in the AFL.
