Some of Atlanta United’s kits for Saturday’s game against the New York Red Bulls will include the names of Black people who have been killed or slogans associated with the Black Lives Matter movement.

The team sent out a tweet that features three kits with the player’s names on the top of the back, and a victim’s name or a slogan written on the bottom.

George Bello’s includes the name of Breonna Taylor. Miles Robinson’s includes Ahmaud Arbery and Mo Adams says “No Justice No Peace”.

Other teams have done something similar. Philadelphia’s put victims names in place of their last names on their jerseys.

This will be Atlanta United’s first game since March.
