After a loss to Columbus Crew on Thursday night and elimination from the 2017 MLS World Cup, Atlanta United players took to social media to say “thank you” to fans.

In their first season as a club, Atlanta United finished the regular season with 15 wins, nine losses and 10 draws, fourth-best in the Eastern Conference.
