Though Atlanta United is facing MLS playoff games on Nov. 25 and 29, four of its players have been called up by their national teams for the upcoming FIFA window. Darlington Nagbe was called up by the U.S., but has a strained hamstring and won’t participate. He is week to week. He suffered the injury during Atlanta United’s 3-1 win against NYCFC Sunday.

Midfielders Miguel Almiron and Hector Villalba were called up by Paraguay  on Monday for a friendly against South Africa in Durban on Nov. 20. Villalba suffered an injury last month while training in Paraguay’s national camp. Almiron has 13 goals and 14 assists this season for Atlanta United. Villalba has seven goals and nine assists.

Goalkeeper Brad Guzan was called up by the U.S. last week for friendlies against England at Wembley Stadium on Thursday and Italy on Nov. 20 in Genk, Belgium.

Striker Josef Martinez was also called up by Venezuela on Monday for games against Japan on Friday and Iran on Nov. 20.
