My ratings for Atlanta United's players from Saturday's 3-1 win against Philadelphia at Mercedes-Benz Stadium:

Goalkeeper Brad Guzan, 7: A quiet night. Perhaps could have done better on the Union’s goal, but his defenders should have cut out the pass. Finished with no saves.

Centerback Franco Escobar, 7.5: Solid night when a centerback creates three chances, has five tackles and completes 95 percent of his passes

Centerback Michael Parkhurst, 7: Continues to read the game so well that he didn’t need to make any tackles.

Centerback Leandro Gonzalez Pirez, 7: In his first game back from a one-game suspension follownig yellow card accumulation, he was beaten over the top early in the first half. ... Conceded two fouls.

Right wingback Julian Gressel, 7: As odd a stat line as you may see: seven shots, one on goal, but three chances created, and two tackles.

Left wingback Chris McCann, 5: Twice caught offside after #ATLUTD went up by two men. .... Taken off at the half because he experienced fatigue in his hamstring.

Holding midfielder Jeff Larentowicz, 7: Two tackles, two fouls won, two conceded and one attempt to be a peacemaker during the Philadelphia meltdown

Midfielder Darlington Nagbe, 8: Big on offense and defense early. Created one turnover and went on a 60-yard run. ... So good in tight spaces throughout the night.

Attacking midfielder Miguel Almiron, 8.5: Sprung Martinez on the play that led to his penalty kick. ... Assisted on Martinez’s second goal. ... Finished with eight chances created. Eight.

Striker Ezequiel Barco, 5: Looked off early. Twice lost the ball and twice didn’t track back. Really, just off all night with passing. ... Still created four chances. ... Part of an offense that set a club record with 31 shots.

Striker Josef Martinez, 10: Scored his league-leading 10th goal on a penalty kick in the 21st minute. ... Added his 11th goal in the 49th minute ... And his 12th goal came in the 83rd minute to tie the MLS mark for career hat tricks.
