KEVIN KRATZ
Why: He scored two goals, both on free kicks. The first came from 20 yards in the 78th minute and the second from 35 yards in the 90+4 minute.
Kratz has scored three goals for Atlanta United, all on free kicks, and all from similar areas.
“It’s like the one last year, once you hit it and it goes off the foot you look up and it’s going over the wall and in,” he said. I’m happy to help the team. Montreal goalkeeper Evan Bush dove to try to stop the first one, but couldn’t get a hand on it as settled into the left corner.
Bush didn’t even move on the second kick, which bounced off the post and in.
