New Hawks uniforms have leaked online, and a person familiar with the situation confirmed to the AJC that the jerseys are legitimate.

The Hawks’ new jerseys are black and feature bright yellow and red lettering, a similar look to that of the Hawks’ G League affiliate, the College Park Skyhawks, and jerseys the team wore during Dominique Wilkins’ playing days (nicknamed “The Human Highlight Film,” Wilkins played for the Hawks from 1982 to 1994).

This is one of three new uniforms the team will unveil soon, and they are moving on from the jerseys they used this past season.

The background of the black jersey (which contains a Jordan Brand logo in the top left) is simple, a change from the triangle pattern used in the Hawks’ current jerseys. As a whole, the team’s new uniforms also will depart from the volt green color and the triangle background, and will return to the vintage color scheme of bright yellow and red.
