FLOWERY BRANCH — Veteran linebacker Tae Davis, who played at Tennessee-Chattanooga, signed to a one-year contract with the Falcons on Friday.

Davis, who played with Cleveland last season, is 6-foot-1 and 223 pounds. He has played in 45 NFL games and made five starts.

Davis, 26, also has spent time with the Giants.
