Falcons sign returner Ray-Ray McCloud

FLOWERY BRANCH — Returner Ray-Ray McCloud signed a two-year contract worth $6 million with the Falcons on Thursday.

McCloud, 27, played with San Francisco the past two seasons. Last season, he averaged 8.5 yards per punt return and 22.5 yards per kick return.
