The clock is ticking for many Georgia bills.
Friday is Crossover Day, which is the unofficial deadline for a bill to pass either the House or Senate and “cross over” to the other chamber. If a bill doesn’t pass one chamber, it’s not necessarily dead. It will have a more complex path to becoming a law and face steeper odds.
