5 reasons why homework is actually bad for students

School is a crucial aspect of our lives. If students are unable to go to school each day to acquire the skills needed to be successful, they will be at a disadvantage for their entire lives.

But while school is important, it’s also crucial that we take a break from education. Multiple studies have found that most students are getting too many extra assignments, leading to sleep deprivation, unhealthy levels of stress, and other related health problems.
