If you’ve ever considered owning part of a restaurant but don’t want to buy a stake, you’d better start working on your competitive eating skills.

Don Chingon, a Brooklyn-area restaurant, is offering patrons the chance to own 10 percent of the eatery, but with a catch — you must finish a 30-pound burrito and drink a ghost pepper margarita. According to Food and Wine, the restaurant will give contestants an hour to perform the challenge and the cost of the burrito is $150.

"Giving away the restaurant seemed like the perfect prize. If you are going to eat a massive amount of food and gain 25-30 (pounds) in a single sitting you deserve real compensation. Some restaurants will put your name on the wall. We'll just give you the wall,” members of the restaurant told Food and Wine.

The 30-pound burrito, called the Gran Chingon, is made-up of steak, chicken, pork, rice, beans, and salsa. The contestant must also drink one margarita that is made with ghost pepper in order to win the grand prize. Other rules include: the prizes won are not transferable upon death and the restaurant not being responsible for any death or illness during the challenge. They also caution to be careful not to discharge any bodily fluids of any kind because your efforts will be wasted.

According to Food and Wine, to put the burrito’s size into context, competitive eating champion Joey Chestnut “ate about 14 pounds of burritos” in one challenge. That one didn’t include a ghost pepper margarita though.

The Gran Chingon is on the menu starting on Monday with the challenge beginning on Oct. 19.
