Two 15-year-old boys in North Georgia were arrested Tuesday in the shooting death of a 33-year-old man, the GBI said.

Blake Dickey and Hunter Hill were each charged with one count of murder after officials found the body of Justin McKinney early Tuesday at a home in Morganton, according to a statement from the agency.

A woman who was with McKinney said they had been shot.

Morganton, in Fannin County, is located near Blue Ridge about 100 miles north of Atlanta.

The teens were arrested later Tuesday, according to the Fannin County Sheriff’s Office. They will be housed at a youth detention center.

Dickey and Hill, who are friends, knew the victim, GBI spokeswoman Nelly Miles told AJC.com.

There were no signs of forced entry into the house, she said.

The suspected motive “is part of the active case and not being released at this point,” Miles said.

The injured woman, who is 35 years old, was taken to the hospital.
