A Middle Tennessee man helped his 6-year-old daughter reel in a huge catfish Monday afternoon, landing a 58-pounder, WTVF reported.

Farrah Price asked her father, Chris Price, to go fishing Monday despite the dipping temperatures and rising winds, the television station reported. They went to Old Hickory Lake, located 25 miles north of Nashville.

"We hadn't been fishing for 20 minutes and the rod started bending," Chris Price told WTVF.

Price said Farrah spent nearly 15 minutes battling the fish.

“I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this monster catfish coming out of the water,” he told the television station.
