As a plane from Egypt was hijacked Tuesday, one passenger apparently decided it was the right time to take a picture.

Tuesday, a hijacker diverted a plane from Egypt to Cyprus. Seif Eldin Mustafa claimed to have a bomb and held several passengers hostage for 6 hours. >> Read more trending stories     Though most people would be scared out of their minds, one millennial apparently decided to snap a photo. In a photo tweeted by a Sky News reporter, the man can be seen posing with Mustafa, who's wearing what he claimed to be an explosive belt.

The 26-year-old from England said he had nothing to lose when he posed with the hijacker. He said he figured if the bomb was real, he was going to lose, anyway. Now, the man says he's got a great story and a great picture.

The explosives ultimately did turn out to be fake and everyone got off the plane safely.
