Worship will return to Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, about two months after flames destroyed the landmark’s spire, parts of the roof and vault.
CNN reported only 20 to 30 people will attend the service on Saturday because of safety concerns in the still-damaged religious icon, according to the Archdiocese of Paris.
The service will be held in a side chapel, ABC News reported.

More than $17.7 million in donations have been received by the Notre Dame Foundation to repair the fire-damaged church. Another $425 million has been pledged, CNN reported.
Mass will be delivered by Paris Archbishop Michael Aupetit, ABC News reported.
While the fire burned the top of the church, the rose windows and the relics contained inside the cathedral, including what many believe was the crown of thorns worn by Jesus at the crucifixion, survived, ABC News reported.
