There's nothing like a parking ticket to ruin your day. For one thoughtless driver in Sweden, however, it's apparently just part of a daily routine. According to transportation officials in the Scandanavian nation, the unnamed offender has somehow racked up more than $4.5 million in unpaid parking tickets. Apparently letting your parking fines slide is a 'thing' in Sweden. There are several other drivers in the country that owe hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees.
