Kate Middleton stunned passengers on a British Airlines flight from the Netherlands to London on Tuesday, as the Duchess of Cambridge sat in commercial.

Middleton spent Tuesday in the Netherlands, meeting King Willem-Alexander and visiting the Mauritshuis museum in The Hague. She also met with young artists who were working in the museum’s learning program.

According to the Daily Mail, those already on the plane in Rotterdam on Tuesday evening were "shocked to see the Duchess board at the last minute" and many of them were seen "excitedly taking pictures of her on their mobile phones" as she took her seat on the flight.

One source said he had "never seen so many iPhones pop up at once," as passengers scrambled to get a photograph of the Duchess, the Daily Mail reported.

Middleton boarded the plane wearing a sky blue suit that could have passed for a flight attendant's outfit. The Duchess does have a history with British Airways. Her mother, Carole, was once a flight attendant for the airline and met Kate's father, Michael Middleton, on one of the flights.
