One woman was hospitalized and another arrested following a stabbing Monday night in a Pizza Hut parking lot, according to Atlanta police.
The two women, whose names were not released, were involved in a dispute before one allegedly stabbed the other outside the restaurant, located in the 400 block of North Avenue near the intersection with Boulevard, Officer John Chafee said. Police were called to the scene shortly after 8:30 p.m.
The stabbed woman was transported to Atlanta Medical Center, where she was in stable condition late Monday, Chafee said. The suspect was arrested, he said.
Investigators remained at the scene late Monday interviewing witnesses, according to police. No additional details were released.
