A medical equipment saleswoman faces charges that she stole $200,000 from Highmark's Security Blue Medicare Program.

Officials said Mary Monica Wilson-Lefler submitted bogus claims for air mattresses for patients who didn't need them.

Prosecutors say she worked with two companies to buy the mattresses to supposedly to help bedridden patients at risk for bed sores and skin ulcers.

Officials say she faxed fake information about 83 patients in four long-term care facilities to doctors who signed off on the mattress orders.
